Oolong Tea

The name "oolong" means black dragon or black snake in Chinese. A tale tells the story of a tea plantation owner who was scared away while he was drying tea leaves by the appearance of a black snake. When he returned several days later, the leaves had been oxidized by the sun and gave a delightful brew.
